the BIR will celebrate the 27th National Statistics Month from October 1 -- 31, 2016, which which declared the month of October of every year as the National Statistics Month (NSM). shail be focused on the theme "Sustainable Development: Making Statistics Count". In observance of Presidentiai Proclamation No. 647 (issued September 20, 1990).
