Atty. Joana Saribong's practice is corporate — formation and corporate housekeeping, governance and SEC compliance, shareholders' and board resolutions, and the regulatory approvals that transactions and joint ventures turn on. She advises boards, founders, and in-house legal teams on keeping corporate structures and records clean as companies scale. She is currently on sabbatical leave and is not accepting new matters; her existing clients continue to be served by the firm's corporate team.
