Atty. Jean Paul Marie Gueco leads the firm's labor, employment, and workforce practice — a strategist for HR and people leaders, not just a litigator. He engineers end-to-end employment frameworks: recruitment and onboarding, contracts and handbooks, discipline and termination, redundancy and restructuring, and the performance-management systems modern companies rely on. Atty. Joana Saribong's practice is corporate — formation and corporate housekeeping, governance and SEC compliance, shareholders' and board resolutions, and the regulatory approvals that transactions and joint ventures turn on. She advises boards, founders, and in-house legal teams on keeping corporate structures and records clean as companies scale.
