Digital infrastructure is a property, power, and connectivity business wrapped in a regulated one. We act for developers, operators, hyperscalers, telcos, and the landholders and investors behind them on the full stack of agreements and approvals: site and land acquisition, long-term ground and colocation leases, easements and rights-of-way for fiber, poles, and transmission lines, power supply and wheeling arrangements, capacity, transit, and interconnection agreements, and the build-to-suit and EPC contracts that deliver the facility. Around those documents sits the government-facing work — registration and incentives, permits and clearances, and local government approvals — plus the compliance layer that decides what a facility may do: data residency, privacy, and cross-border transfer rules. We paper these transactions to survive audit, financing, and a change of control.
