Subject: Revised Deadlines on the Parallel Submission of the Amended Financial Reporting Package (FRP)
Relative to Memorandum to All Banks dated 28 May 2007 (Memorandum No. M-2007-015) on the Guidelines on the Submission of the Amended Financial Reporting Package (FRP), please he advised that the FRP shall still be submitted on a quarterly basis for the quarters-ending September and December 2007 within the following prescribed deadlines:

All banks shall continue to submit the General Ledger (GL) for the Consolidated Statement of Condition (CSOC), Consolidated Statement of Income and Expenses (CSIE) together with the supporting schedules in accordance with the mode and frequency of submission provided under existing regulations, until advised otherwise.
Penalties for late and/or erroneous reporting of the GL/CSOC/CSIE and supporting schedules shall still be applied until the said reportorial requirement is discontinued. Further, the same penalties shall likewise apply for late and/or erroneous reporting of the FRP starting with the quarter-ending 30 September 2007 report.
