CBP MEMORANDUM Series of 1992
To: Authorized Agent Banks
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 637 dated September 4, 1992, Section 3 (No. 22) and Section 34 (No. 22 of Appendix 14) of Circular No. 1348 dated July 28, 1992 are hereby amended such that imports from and exports to South Africa shall require only the prior approval of the Philippine International Trading Corporation.
This memorandum shall take effect immediately.
