SUBJECT : Reiteration of Section 3.J of Revenue Regulations No. 17-2003 on the Withholding of Taxes for the Sale of Real Property on Installment Plan
TO All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned
I.. BACKGROUND
