TO          :   ALL BANKS AND NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER BSP SUPERVISION

Subject  :   Deadline for Submission of Biographical Data of Directors/ Officers

Please be advised that the prescribed deadline for submission of the biographical data of directors/officers under Appendix 6 in relation to Sec. X144 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) of seven (7) banking days  as changes occur or after election/appointment,  shall be reckoned from the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) in which the directors/ officers are elected or appointed, and not from the effectivity date of the election or appointment of said directors/officers.

The same shall likewise apply to the prescribed deadline for submission of the biographical data of directors/officers of non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) under Appendices Q-3, S-2 and N-1 in relation to Sections 4142Q, 4162S and 4162N, respectively, of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI).
