I-GAMING LICENSING AND REGULATIONS GROUP E-Games / E-Bingo Licensing Department MEMORANDUM 06 February 2023 TO : ALL APPLICANTS ALL INTERESTED PARTIES FROM : THE ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT SUBJECT : REGULATORY FRAMEWORK FOR ELECTRONIC BILLIARDS (E- BILLARDS Please be informed that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved in its meeting on 02 February 2023 the Regulatory Framework for Electronic Billiards (E-Billiards) to regulate, license and conduct the wagering/betting on live local billiards games, matches, events, competitions, and/or activities in the Philippines, streamed or broadcasted real- time from registered billiard halls – E-Billiards. In view thereof, EGEBLD shall now accept and process applications from interested parties that may want to apply for E-Billiards license, accreditation and/or registration.
