For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is the full text of the Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) Sub- Agreement to Ensure Safe and Efficient Data Sharing in Accordance with R.A. 10173, R.A. 10963 and E.0. 53 between the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Insurance Commission.
All concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly and give this Circular a wide publicity as possible.
