OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR MEMORANDUM NO. M-2020-10 To : All BSP Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFIs) Subject : IDs for BSFIs Personnel Exempted from the Enhanced Community Quarantine The following guidelines shall govern the implementation of the relevant provisions of the Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated 16 March 2020 concerning the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine over the entirety of Luzon: The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas recognizes that the IDs issued by BSP Supervised Financial Institutions exempted from the strict home quarantine requirement to their personnel reporting as skeleton force are sufficient compliance with the requirements of the said Memorandum.
