Blnexo SeNrnaL NG' plrrprNas OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR CIRCUIAR NO. se4 Series of 2015 Subject: Amendments to the sections pertaining to the power of the Bangko sentral in the Manuals of Regulations for Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1856 dated 05 November 2015, the parts of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions on the power of the Bangko Sentral ng pilipinas are hereby amended as follows: Section 1. The unnumbered section on Examination by the Bangko Sentrall that forms part of Power of the Bangko Sentral to Examine Banks in the Manual of Regulations for Banks shall be numbered as section x001. Section 2. The unnumbered section on Examination by the Bangko Sentral2 that forms part of the power of the Bangko sentrar to Examine euasi-Banks in the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions shall be numbered as Section 4001e. Section 3. The unnumbered section on Definitions3 that forms part of the power of the Bangko Sentral to Examine euasi-Banks in the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions shall be numbered as Section 4002e. Effectivity. This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) calendar days following its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
