MEMORANDUM Series of 2004
Effective for reports as of 30 November 2004, the General Ledger Template Report and the Consolidated Statement of Condition of Universal (UBs), Commercial (KBs) and Thrift banks is further amended to implement Section 8 of Circular No. 454 dated 24 September 2004 creating general ledger accounts as foilows:
