TO :All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned
concerned, we are publishing herewith the "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of January 2023. For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers, employees and others
otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGOs Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693,
Circular (RMC) No. 159-2022. the MNRC and expired Certificate of Accreditation, with reference to Revenue Memorandum AIso included in the said list are the MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation'revoked by
