MEMORANDUM NO. M-2007-007
To: All BIR Authorized Agent Banks (BIR-AABs)
Subject: Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2001
To assist the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in receiving internal revenue tax payments covering the calendar year 2006, all BIR Authorized Agent Banks (BIR-AABs) are hereby authorized to:
Render banking services from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 31 March 2007 and 14 April 2007; and
Extend their banking hours up to 5:00 p.m. daily for the period from 1 April 2007 to 16 April 2007.
BIR-AABs are reminded to comply with the provisions of Subsection X604.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks on collection and reporting of internal revenue taxes.
