Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2001
MEMORANDUM NO. M-2008-013
To: ALL AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS (BIR-AABs)
Subject: Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2001
To assist the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in receiving revenue tax payments covering the calendar year 2007, all BIR-AABs are hereby authorized to:
a. Render banking services from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. on 5 April and 12 April 2008;and b. Extend their banking hours up to 5:00 daily for the period from 1 April to 15 April 2008.
BIR-AABs are reminded to comply with the provisions of Subsection X604.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks on collection and reporting of internal revenue taxes.
