Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 19, s. 2019 that took effect on September 2, 2019 re: Revised Policies on Training/Learning and Development new requirement shall serve as the basis in the evaluation of candidates for the positions equivalent to Division Chief and Revenue District Officer designations in the Bureau.
