REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City July 4,2022 33-W22 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. SUBJECT : Amending the Fol templates (Annex A, B and c) prescribed in Revenue Memorandum order (RMo) No. 3s-zozL relative to the submission of Freedom of lnformation (Fol) Reports TO All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers and Concerned Officials in the BIR National Office This Order is being issued to amend the templates for FOI Registry Report (Annex A), Consolidated FOI Registry Report (Annex B) and FOI Summary Report (Annex C) prescribed in RMO No. 35-202L, pUrsuant to FOI Memorandum Circular No. 22-01, dated May 2,2022, issued by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO). The revised FOI templates are attached herewith for the information and compliance of all concerned. The Guidelines for the lmplementation of the FOI Requests Feedback Survey will be issued on a later date.
