CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2003'
This is to clarify that to implement Circular No. 386 dated May 14, 2003, all Interbank Term Loans Receivable-BSP-FCDU/EFCDU with remaining maturity of one (1) or less shall be included among the eligible liquid asset cover while outstanding Interbank Term Loans Receivable-BSP-FCDU/EFCDU with remaining maturity of more than one (1) year shall be included as eligible asset cover.
The pertinet pages of the SCHAD.DBF file and the Consolidated Report on Compliance with FCDU Cover Requirement (SRSO Form 1), as amended, are attached for your ready reference.
