SUBJECT NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC - GLOBALX DIGITAL CORPORATION

This refers to the Official Statement released by GlobalX Digital Corporation (GLOBALX), a PAGCOR-accredited Gaming System Administrator (GSA) for its Karera.live electronic gaming system (EGS) and online gaming platform (OGP), regarding reports of individuals falsely claiming that GLOBALX or its shares are for sale.

Please be informed that based on the "Notice to the Public" issued by GLOBALX, the corporation is not for sale to the public, and no shares of the corporation are being offered for sale to any individual, group, or entity.

A copy of the said Official Statement of GlobalX is attached herewith for your guidance and reference.

falsely claiming that the corporation or its shares are for sale These statements are GlobalX Digital Corporation the Corporaton),owner and operator of the PAGCOR- accredited onine gaming site Karera.live,has received alarming reports of ndividuals

completely false, unauthorized, and made without the knowledge or consent of the corporation or its shareholders.

We categorically state that GlobalX Digital Corporation is not for sale to the public,and no shares of the corporation are being offered for sale to any individual, group, or

ownership,or act on its behalf in any transaction involving the sale of the corporation or entit.The corporation has not authorized any person or entity to solicit buvers,represent

any of its equit.

The public is hereby advised to be vigilant and to refrain from engaging with any individual or group purporting to represent or offer shares in GlobalX.These acts may be part of a fraudulent scheme, and we are currently taking steps to identify and verify those responsible.

The corporation reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity found to be misrepresenting its status or offering shares tithout authority.

This statement is being issued to clarify the corporation's position and to protect the public and all stakeholders from misleading or fraudulent representations.
