ABOLISHING THE PRESIDENT’S LAW ENFORCEMENT UNIT FOR SOUTHERN PHILIPPINES (PLEUSP) AND TRANSFERRING ITS FUNCTIONS TO THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMITTEE ON ADMINISTRATION PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY (PCAPE)
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby abolish the President’s Law Enforcement Unit for Southern Philippines created by Executive Order No. 293 dated April 10, 1958, and transfer its functions to the Presidential Committee on Administration Performance Efficiency. This Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-three.
