RECALL/REVOCATION OF CMO NO. 65-93 AMENDING CMO NO. 30-93
Customs Memorandum Order No. 30-93 dated July 16, 1993 has been amended by Customs Memorandum Order No. 65-93 dated December 20, 1993 both relating to the Implementation of the Monetary Board Resolution Exempting Shipments of Garment Exporters from Pre-Shipment Inspection Scheme under Joint Order No. 1-91 subject to certain conditions.
On December 14, 1993, Customs Memorandum Order No. 30A-93 was issued to supersede CMO 30-93, already Incorporating the amendments contained in the later CMO 65-93 dated December 20, 1993.
In view thereof and in order to avoid confusion, CMO No. 6593 amending CMO No. 30-93 is hereby recalled/revoked.
