SUBJECT: 2 ND TELE-VIDEO CONFERENCE ON THE RULES ON ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE AND E-COMMERCE ACT ON 13 MARCH 2002

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with the Asia Foundation is holding the 2 nd Tele-Video Conference on the Rules on Electronic Evidence and the E-Commerce Act on 13 March 2002, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

The following Executive Judges and Vice-Executive Judges are authorized to attend the said conference on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing:

1. Hon. Mario L. Guariña - RTC, Manila

2. Hon. Vicente L. Yap - RTC, Pasay City

3. Hon. Alfredo Flores - RTC, Pasig City

4. Hon. Arsenio P. Adriano - RTC, Tarlac City

5. Hon. Tomas B. Talavera - RTC, Cabanatuan City

6. Hon. Arturo Bernardo - RTC, Gapan. Nueva Ecija

7. Hon. Napoleon Sta. Romana - RTC, Guimba, Nueva Ecija

8 Hon. Noli T. Catli - RTC, Cagayan De Oro City

Also, the aforesaid Judges are requested to select and inform other Judges from their respective areas to attend the said conference:

1. In Cagayan de Oro: 20 Judges

2. In Manila, Pasay, Pasig and Tarlac: 5 Judges

3. In Cabanatuan City: 9 Judges

4. In Gapan, Nueva Ecija: 4 Judges

5. In Guimba, Nueva Ecija: 3 Judges

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this days from the date of the seminar.
