SUPPLEMENT TO MC 2005-042, RE: SUBMISSION OF CERTIFICATE OF YEAR MODEL

In order to avoid submission of spurious and falsified Certificate/s of PUB Year Model, all franchise holders are hereby mandated to submit the required data under oath that they are complying with MC 2005-042, and that all documents attached therein must be certified true copies duly issued by appropriate government agency concerned including the official receipt of payment for the request for certified true copy.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
