SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. MARY JEAN DELOS ANGELES-FELICIANO AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR ONE (1) YEAR AND REVOCATION OF HIS NOTARIAL COMMISSION

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the First Division dated 11 August 2014 in Administrative Case No. 10374 entitled "Atty. Benito Banao Banda, et al. vs. Atty. Mary Jean Delos Angeles-Feliciano" to wit:

WHEREFORE, for breach of the Notarial Law and Code of Professional Responsibility, the notarial commission of Atty. Mary Jean Delos Angeles-Feliciano, if still existing, is REVOKED effective immediately. Atty. Delos Angeles-Feliciano is DISQUALIFIED from reappointment as Notary Public for one year. She is also SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective immediately. She is sternly warned that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely.

Respondent received on 17 September 2014 the said Resolution. In a Resolution dated 11 February 2015, the Court further DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration.
