In case of death of a retiree, the computation of the amount to be refunded (if applicable), should be reckoned from the date of death as indicated in the Death Certificate issued by relevant government authorities.

The Admin and Finance Department shall be responsible for the dissemination and circularization of this policy.

This Addendum shall likewise take effect after 15 days from registration with the Office of the National Administrative Register at the U.P. Law Center.
