SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. CANDIDO R. FLOR FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 8 June 2016 of the Second Division in Administrative Case No. 11189, entitled "Christina Raymundo-Bathan v. Atty. Candido R. Flor," to wit:

WHEREFORE, finding Atty. Candido R. Flor GUILTY of gross misconduct for issuing a worthless check and for disobeying the orders of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline, the Court hereby SUSPENDS him from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months, effective upon his receipt of this Resolution, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act will be dealt with more severely.

Respondent, thru counsel, received the resolution on 15 July 2016.
