Ma. Lourdes S. Burgos, appeared. Counsel for the petitioner, Atty. Ian B. Lapinid, failed to appear despite notice. Absent counsel for the petitioner and considering that during the hearing on January 11 , 2012, the instant case was reset with final warning to the petitioner, Atty. Burgos moved for the dismissal of the case for failure to prosecute. The Court granted the said motion. Accordingly, the instant case is hereby DISMISSED. SO ORDERED.
