AMENDMENT TO DEPARTMENT CIRCULAR NO. 92-269 RE: CELLULAR MOBILE TELEPHONE SYSTEM POLICY

Article IV Section (e) of Department Circular No. 92-269 is hereby amended to read as follows:

(e) Submit to the Office of the Secretary the necessary draft implementation guidelines of the CMTS policy within a period of 33 days from the issuance hereof. This shall take effect immediately.
