The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in partnership with the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) will hold the Agrarian Reform Seminar-Workshop for Judges and CARP Implementors in Negros Provinces on June 28 to 30, 2004 (Monday to Wednesday) at the Sugarland Hotel, Bacolod City.
