NEW POSTAGE RATES FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (IEMS) LETTER AND PARCEL POST ITEMS FOR TRANSMISSION TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Effective January 1, 1991, new postage rates on International Express Mail Service (IEMS) letter and parcel post items for transmission to foreign countries shall be collected and under such schemes, as follows:
