SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF SEAGULL CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION

In view of the rescission of the contract of Seagull Construction Corp., for the construction of bridges/box culverts along Virac-Bato-Pandan Road, Catanduanes, Contract Package R5Y3C4-C, Bridge Reconstruction Program, Fifth IBRD Highway Project, per Notice of Rescission of November 4, 1991, the said construction firm, its proprietor and President Mr. Adrian C. Villa-Real is hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract for a period of one (1) year effective immediately.
