DECLARING FRIDAY, 14 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTO TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 14 August 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Santo Tomas, Province of Davao del Norte will mark the celebration of its 67 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Santo Tomas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 14 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Santo Tomas, Province of Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
