2009 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COLLOQUIUM FOR THE JUDICIARY ON OCTOBER 26, 2009 IN EDSA SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, MANDALUYONG

In connection with the invitation of the Intellectual Property (IP) Philippines to attend the 2009 IP Colloquium for the Judiciary on October 26, 2009, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon, in EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, 1 Garden Way, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, and the pre-event conference on October 20, 2009, 2:00 p.m., at the IP Philippines Boardroom, Intellectual Property Office, 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City, the following judges are hereby authorized to attend said pre-event conference and conference:

1. Judge Divina Luz A. Simbulan - RTC. Branch 41, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

2. Judge Joselito C. Villarosa - RTC, Branch 66 , Makati City

The attendance of the above-named judges shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.
