TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE WESTERN VISAYAS REGION

SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES (IBP) WESTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 21 OCTOBER 2016 AT THE HOTEL DEL RIO, MOLO, ILOILOCITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Western Visayas Chapter will hold a Regional Convention on 21 October 2016 at the Hotel Del Rio, Molo, Iloilo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
