REPUBLIC ACT NO. 775 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH GENERAL HOSPITAL BUILDINGS, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH GENERAL HOSPITAL BUILDINGS, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of one million five hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to be expended for the construction of the North General Hospital buildings, including the purchase of equipment for the use of the said hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
