THE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL BOARD MEETINGS ON SEPTEMBER 10 AND 11,2009

The Executive Officers of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold its National Board Meetings on September 10 and 11, 2009 at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said Board Meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available; provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Clint P. Asis, National President of the Association is required to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the said meetings. He is also directed to submit the report of the JACOPHIL National Convention last April 2008 at Bacolod City within the same period.
