REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6152 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Highways and approval of the Secretary if Public Works and Communications, the third congressional district of the Province of Albay is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district, under a highway district engineer with permanent station in the Municipality of Ligao.

SEC. 2. The Commissioner of Public Highways, with the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, shall organize the Highway Engineering District hereby created.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval
