AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO THE GENERAL FUND THE AMOUNT OF NINETEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP. 19,000,000.00) FROM THE FOOD SUPPLIES EXPENSES, IN THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE MANILA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FUNDED THROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 8329, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET OF CY 2014-08-14

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Nineteen Million Pesos (PhP. 19,000,000,00) is hereby reverted to the General Fund from the Food Supplies Expenses, in the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the Manila Department of Social Welfare, funded through Ordinance No. 8329, otherwise known as the Executive Budget of CY 2014.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on June 3, 2014.
