REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2848 - AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (o), SUBPARAGRAPH 5, FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, PAGE 234, PARAGRAPH a, TITLE B, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION I. Item ( o ), subparagraph 5, for the Province of Antique, page 234, paragraph a , Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"( o ) For the asphalting of Felicidad and

Rizal streets, Dao -------------------- P10,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
