LIFTING OF SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT PROCESSING AND DEPLOYMENT OF NIGERIA-BOUND WORKERS

In light of the improved security conditions in Nigeria, and pending complete assessment from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the ban imposed pursuant to Department Order No. 78-07, series of 2007 is partially lifted to allow the processing and deployment of returning Filipino workers who are on vacation and are going to work with the same employer in the same site.

This order takes effect immediately.
