PENALTIES FOR JOCKEYS USING UNAUTHORIZED “RACING EQUIPMENT OR PARAPHERNALIA” (ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 109 ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS BY JOCKEYS

Please be informed that the PHILRACOM Board in its meeting held on May 26, 2000 resolve to amend by addition the Section 109 — Act and/or Omissions of Jockeys — Miscellaneous, which will now read as follows:

SECTION 109. ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS BY JOCKEYS — Miscellaneous

9. for possession of unauthorized racing equipment or paraphernalia, other than that approved by PHILRACOM, by a suspension of twenty (20) racing days. Penalty for any repetition, shall be at the discretion of the Board of Stewards.

This rule shall take effect immediately.
