PAYMENT OF 1995 YEAR-END BONUS AND CASH GIFT

As directed by the President, the payment of the 1995 year-end bonus and cash gift shall be made immediately, subject to the same conditions contained in Budget Circular No. 7, dated November 2, 1995 except for Item 6 thereof which is waived for this year only.
