This Order is issued to amend KPI No. 13 - Reduction of Tax Arrears. "Annex A" of Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 5-2020 relative to the CY 2020 Operational Key Performance Indicators for the Revenue Regions. Revenue District Offices, and Large Taxpayers Service.

I REPEALING CLAUSE

The portions of RM0 No. 5-2020 which are inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

H. EFFECTIVITY

This Order take effect immediately.
