SUSPENSION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 014-00 AS AMENDED BY MEMO CIRCULAR NOS. 014-A-00 AND 016-00 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE MARKINGS REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PUVS

In order to strengthen their enforcing guidelines and to further initiate additional information dissemination on the regional levels, the Board, based on the recommendations of its Regional Offices, hereby defers the implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 2000-014 as amended by Memorandum Circular Nos. 2000-014-A and 2000-016 until further orders.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
