POLICY ON FOREIGN STUDENTS
We conform to the following DECS policy guidelines on foreign students:
1. Temporary visa holders (i.e., 9(a)) are not allowed to take the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) in the Philippines. They are not also allowed to take any University/College admission tests in the country;
2. Student visa holders (i.e. 9(f)) who failed to qualify in the NCEE should be refused University/College enrolment;
3. Working visa holders (i.e., 9(g)) could take the NCEE in the Philippines only upon presentation of Official Permission to Study signed by the Commissioner of Immigration and Deportation.
