DECLARING MONDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 17 November 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Surigao del Sur will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carmen be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 17 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Surigao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
