STILL PHOTOS OF MOVIE FILMS

Effective December 1, 1992, the Board will no longer stamp and sign still photos of movie films. However, the producers and distributors are required to submit for approval and for the file of the Board sample photos of their respective movie films plus a fee of P5.00 per sample photo. Only still photos duly approved by the Board will be allowed to be posted in the theater lobby.

As a guide, the Board does not allow explicit sex scenes, nudity, breast exposure, gory scenes and the like. Still photos not approved by the Board will be confiscated and the persons responsible for the violation will be prosecuted on top of the penalty provided for in the schedule of penalties.
