DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

WHEREAS , Monday, December 8, 2003, marks the 425th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union; WHEREAS , it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, December 8, 2003 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
