AMENDMENT TO PPA OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR (OMC) NO. 01-2007 (GUIDELINES IN HANDLING FLAT RACKS)
To clarify the correct assessment of per lift of bundled flat racks, Item 3 of PPA OMC No. 01-2007 is hereby amended to read, as follows:
3. The rate of 20 foot and 40 foot empty container under item A.1 of containerized cargo in the cargo handling tariff schedule of MICT and South Harbor shall be the basis in the assessment of per lift of a bundle of 20 foot and 40 foot empty flat racks, respectively.”
All other guidelines of PPA OMC No. 01-2007 remain valid.
This Circular takes effect immediately.
